Group coaching
Bring athletes together with a mental coach to work on the situations they’re facing in their sport.
Five minutes a day with Focus 5. Give your athletes a place to practice focus, confidence and handling pressure, with mental coaches they can learn from.
For athletic directors, coaches, booster clubs, schools, universities and organizations.

Coaching, workshops, speaking, team reporting and workbooks can support the work around it.
Short lessons, mental-skills practice and access to coaches. Explore the app before we talk about how it could fit your program.

Athletes can open a daily audio lesson, explore a course and see their activity across the week. Focus 5 gives mental training a place alongside the physical work.
For your program: a short lesson can give a coach and athlete something specific to talk about at the next practice.
Video, audio and written lessons cover focus, resilience and other mental skills. Practice tools, including the concentration grid, give athletes something to do with what they’re learning.
For your program: choose a topic to reinforce during the week, then connect it to what you’re seeing in training and competition.
Explore courses from mental coaches inside the app. Focus 5+ also includes direct messaging with our team. Group coaching and workshops are available for programs that want time together.
For your program: talk with Trevor about the coaching support your athletes and staff need, and how it would work alongside app access.
You already see the missed shot, the frustration after an error and the athlete who goes quiet. Focus 5 gives you material to keep that conversation going.
One possible approach for a team. We’ll talk through what fits your schedule.
Choose a short lesson around something your athletes are facing.
Use a shared topic to talk about pressure, focus or responding to mistakes.
Reflect on what happened and choose something to keep working on.
The conversation starts with your athletes, your staff and what you want to work on. App access can sit alongside time with our coaches and resources your people can use together.
