Hearts & Minds for Leaders Book 30 minutes with Trevor

Who are you when the deal falls through?

Most leaders carry a quiet gap between who they are and who they feel they need to be. It shapes how you decide, how you lead, and what you bring home at night. The i² Identity Index measures that gap.

See your results right away and get a copy by email. You can ask Trevor to follow up at the end.

Who this is for

You've built something real. It's started to feel like it's building you.

You're a founder, owner, or executive. The business is growing. Your team and family count on you. Most days, you can carry it. You have little room to put any of it down.

  • Success has left you fewer places to be fully honest.
  • You know the ideas. Putting them to work under pressure is harder.
  • You want someone who understands the stakes and tells you the truth.

For many of the leaders we work with, faith is the foundation. The question underneath is how to build something significant without letting it become who you are.

What the Index measures

The distance between the leader you are and the one you think you're supposed to be.

Your result gives you a closer look at three parts of the gap: Worth, Resilience, and Drive. You can review it on your own or bring it to a conversation with Trevor.

What I do ↔ Who I am

Worth

Where your sense of value comes from. When worth rides on output, every bad quarter feels like a verdict on you.

Reactive ↔ Resilient

Resilience

How you meet setbacks. It shows whether you're regulating under pressure or quietly holding it all in.

For others ↔ For myself

Drive

What fuels you. Purpose and obligation can both keep the engine running, but only one of them renews you.

If you want to go further

What working together looks like from your chair.

We work inside the decisions, conversations, and pressure you're carrying this month. The EARS Method gives that work a structure: Educate, Apply, Reinforce, Support.

  1. EDUCATEWeeks 1–2

    Find what's driving the pressure.

Take the Index, work through the result with Trevor, and leave with a written plan.

  2. APPLYOngoing

    Use it in real decisions.

Work through the hire, the hard conversation, or the call you've been putting off.

  3. REINFORCEEvery 10–14 days

    Practice until it holds.

Use sessions, assignments, and Focus 5 tools to keep going through the hard weeks.

  4. SUPPORTBetween sessions

    Get help between sessions.

Reach Trevor when something happens, instead of waiting until the next session.

A more capable client, not a more dependent one. That's the goal every time.

Our methodology is standardized. The engagement is customized to the problem.

What you can count on

Something real in your hands inside the first month.

  • Day 14Your Identity Index results and a written plan, specific to you.
  • RhythmA session every 10–14 days, set around your calendar.
  • AccessDirect access to Trevor between sessions.
  • ProofYou retake the Index at the end and see the gap in your own data.

Our commitment

If you don't have your written plan and real clarity on the first thing to change by day 30, we keep working at no cost until you do.

You shouldn't have to wait months to know whether this is working.

Work with Trevor

Choose the time this work needs.

Packages begin at $5,000.

Three months

Sprint

One priority, three months. We use your Index result to find what's driving the problem, build a plan, and work through the decisions on your desk as you act.

Six months

Develop

Six months for challenges that reach beyond one decision. We work through the habits and relationships affecting how you lead, then adjust as new situations test the change.

Your situation may need more than a preset package. If the challenge reaches your team, your decisions, and the person you bring home at night, we'll shape a custom engagement around it. Tell Trevor what's happening. He'll recommend the right depth of work and support. You don't need to choose a package before you talk.

Trevor Conner

Trevor Conner, founder of Hearts & Minds

Trevor is the founder of Hearts & Minds. He holds a Master's in Counseling with a sport psychology emphasis and was mentored by the late Trevor Moawad. He has worked with more than 70 Olympians and with U.S. Navy Special Warfare elements and teams. Today, he brings that work to leaders who run companies and carry families.

He built the Identity Index because the same pattern kept showing up at every level: the people who hold up best are the ones who know who they are apart from what they produce.
